Unexpected Autumn Colors

One of the things I have come to love about Minnesota is all the beautiful leaves in the autumn. Not quite as many as there were where I grew up, but definitely more than where I have been living the last couple years. One evening in October I was thinking the colors were mostly gone, when I happened to look out my window.

The leaves may be gone, but the sunset was astounding for several days. Minnesota sure has some lovely perks!
